If you have lost an item in City2, please contact the hostess at the Info Desk located on the Neuve floor.
The public restrooms are located near the EATS! Foodcourt (Metro floor) and on the Botanique floor, at the end of the corridor leading to the parking elevators.
Access to the City2 restrooms is paid to finance maintenance, regular cleaning, staff presence, and consumables (paper, soap). This contribution ensures a higher level of cleanliness and comfort for all users.
Access is free for children under 1m and people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Yes, City2 has an ATM located on the Botanique floor, next to the Proximus store. This CASH point allows you to deposit and withdraw money with a Bancontact card.
Only assistance dogs and small dogs that can be carried in your arms are allowed inside City2.
Yes, City2 has a baby area / childcare room located inside the restrooms on the Metro and Botanique floors. These spaces are accessible during restroom opening hours.
Yes, City2 is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The shopping center has elevators, access ramps, and adapted restrooms to ensure comfort and easy circulation for all visitors.
No, City2 does not provide Wi‑Fi access for visitors.
City2 offers a wide range of customer services, including:
- A dry cleaner, a shoemaker, a hairdresser, a tailoring/alteration workshop, and a manicure/pedicure specialist
- An Info Desk for sending and receiving Vinted GO and UPS parcels, visitor guidance, and general information
- Sale of City2 gift cards at the Info Desk
- A Mondial Relay locker located opposite the Info Desk
- Free rental of wheelchairs and strollers (subject to availability)
- A photo booth for official ID photos
- A water fountain at the Info Desk to refill your bottle
- Baby areas / childcare rooms in the Metro and Botanique restrooms

- A Bancontact point on the Botanique floor

City2 is open from Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and closed on Sundays.
Shops are open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Only Five Guys and Hawaiian Poké Bowl are open on Sundays.
Five Guys is accessible via Rue Neuve, and Hawaiian Poké Bowl via Boulevard Botanique.
Exceptional Sunday openings will be announced at a later date.
You can consult the list of stores on the City2 website (Shopping). Each store provides its contact details, including phone numbers and, when available, email address. You may also ask the Info Desk for assistance.
To open a shop, pop‑up store, or stand in City2, contact us via secretariat@city2.be, through the contact form on the City2 website, or by asking the Info Desk.

Parking at City2 costs €3.60 per hour and €28 per day.
Use the intercom at the exit barrier or at a payment machine. Provide your license plate number so Interparking can retrieve your session. A flat fee of €50 applies for a lost ticket.
The parking is open for entry from Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
On Sundays and public holidays, entry is closed, but exiting is possible 24/7.
Yes, there are dedicated spaces for PRM in the City2 parking at every floor.
Yes, the parking (+1floor) offers 30 charging stations for electric vehicles.
City2 is very well connected: you can reach it by metro, tram, or bus via Rogier station, on foot, by bike, or by car using the City2 parking.
The City2 Gift Card is available for purchase at the Info Desk on the Neuve floor. Payment is by bank card only.
The gift card can be used in participating City2 stores, just like a bank card. You can find the list here: https://city2.be/gift-card/
Once activated, the City2 Gift Card is valid for 12 months. Please note that it is not possible to extend the validity date of the gift card.

No, for security reasons, City2 gift cards can only be collected in person at the Info Desk of the mall.
The EATS! foodcourt offers a wide variety of international cuisines: burgers, Asian dishes, Lebanese specialties, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, and more.
Yes, the EATS! foodcourt offers many vegetarian, vegan, and halal options across its restaurants.
Most restaurants are open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
